I’ve been a body and energy worker for 7 years (and my entire life :).
In the last few years I’ve felt a magical pull towards pre and post natal massage therapy and the ways it can help create a more mentally, physically and emotionally easeful transitioning through the phases of bringing a new human into the world.
I specialize in therapeutic Swedish massage, and my goal is always to listen intently with all of my senses to help bring you more of what you need, whether that be relaxation, pain relief, more grounded centering or just a much needed break.
I’m a certified massage therapist, Reiki Master, practitioner of Chinese Energetic Medicine, mother of two young women, and a born nurturer— and I can’t wait to work with you.
